The Grand Prize Winner of this year’s Glengarry Highland Games 'Where is Glengarry Scot?' photo contest is Judith MacSweyn with her photo of riding a camel in the Sahara Desert in Morocco.

Since its inception in 2010, the intermediate heavyweights division has groomed a number of teen athletes in the traditional Scottish sports, with several of the competitors moving on to compete in the amateur (adult) class.

All-time records
Adam Hurtubise, a current amateur competitor, holds the all-time intermediate record in the sheaf toss, achieving a mark of 28 feet.
Best ever in the 14-pound weight for distance goes to Jamie Trask (80 feet, 8 inches), who is also tops in the stone throw (43 feet, 7 inches).
Scott Bishop holds the mark in the hammer throw, with a best result of 106 feet, 1 inch.
