There's a double-bill of junior 'B' hockey action set for the county tonight, Nov. 11.
In Williamstown, the Char-Lan Rebels are booked to host the Embrun Panthers, starting at 8 p.m.
The Alexandria game, at the Glengarry Sports Palace, is a rescheduled contest from the opening weekend of the season. The game will start with a score of 3-0 on the board for the Glens, as the boys host the Brockville Tikis, at 8 p.m.

With Nicolas Rousseau sidelined by injury, the Alexandria Glens CCHL2 hockey team is expected to go with Brennan Nadeau between the pipes in back-to-back games this weekend, at the Glengarry Sports Palace. Tonight, Oct. 20, the Ottawa Canadians will provide the opposition, while on Saturday evening it will be the Westport Rideaus.
Tonight's match drops the puck on a five-game homestand. All are 8 pm starts.

The first regular-season meeting of the Char-Lan Rebels and Alexandria Glens is scheduled for tonight, Sept. 15, at the Glengarry Sports Palace in Alexandria, as the CCHL2 hockey rivals collide. Game time is set for 8 pm.
The Rebels (1-2) are coming off a road loss Tuesday in Ottawa, where Char-Lan was felled 7-3. The Glens (0-1) have played just one complete game thus far, a 3-1 loss to the Whitewater Kings at the league's showcase tournament.

Fans of the Alexandria Glens and Char-Lan Rebels won't have a chance to see their teams on home ice this weekend, as the clubs participate in the CCHL2 season-opening showcase in Ottawa.
First home game for the Glens is set for Friday, Sept. 15, with the Rebels skating on home ice the next night.
At this weekend's showcase, the Rebels are slated to play Saturday at 5:30 pm and Sunday at 8:15 pm. Alexandria's games in Ottawa are booked for Saturday at 8:30 pm and Sunday at 5:15 pm. The league is using the Sensplex at 813 Shefford Road for all over the weekend, as each of the CCHL2 teams is scheduled to play twice.
As we reported in this week's edition of The Glengarry News, the junior 'B' training camp season is winding down, with an exhibition game between the Alexandria Glens and Char-Lan Rebels booked for tonight, at the Glengarry Sports Palace in Alexandria. Start time is 8 pm.
Both teams enter the game with a 0-1 record, with Char-Lan's loss coming last night, 5-3, in Casselman.
The Alexandria Glens and Char-Lan Rebels were scheduled to skate in exhibition action tonight in Cornwall, but the game has been cancelled, as the Rebels are unable to ice enough players.
The next chance for fans to check out the teams will come Friday night in Alexandria.
