The Cornwall Prowlers senior 'A' hockey team will hit the ice twice this weekend in exhibition LHSAO action. Friday, Sept. 28 will see the squad playing in Maxville, at 8:30 p.m., versus Vaudreuil-Dorion. The same two teams will then go at it Sunday, Sept. 30, at 7:30 p.m., at Cornwall's multi-sport complex.
Last Sunday, the first-year team held a Blue-versus-White intra-squad contest, where Blue prevailed in overtime on a beautiful low blocker-side shot from Stevie Adams.
Blue team goals were scored by Adams (2), Brandon Gilmour (2), and Brian Landry. White team goals came from Dominic Leveille, Jonathan Labelle, Jesse Fontaine, and Pierre Luc Sabourin.
The puck drops on regular-season play Oct. 6 in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
